Movement & Meditation

This hour long class will include some stabilizing movements in the first 20 minutes and move into a practice of stillness for 30 minutes. You are invited to work on a seated meditation, or lie down in savasana or any other restorative pose. From a calm still position you’ll be guided through some mindfulness exercises that help stabilize the attention. There will be about 5-10 minutes for some gentle stretching and savasana at the end.
