Janna was introduced to yoga almost ten years ago when she began practicing with her teenage daughter. She began practicing at Moksha Yoga Kingston shortly after it opened in 2014 and completed her Level 1 Moksha Yoga teacher training in Montreal, Quebec in October 2015. With interests in organic gardening, community building and lifelong learning, Moksha’s 7 pillars resonate with her, particularly Be Green, Be Peace and Live to Learn. A regular yoga practice has helped Janna stretch outside of her comfort zones to create more strength, balance, flexibility, stamina, serenity and joy in her life – on and off the mat. She hopes to help others find a practice that helps them do the same.
