My favorite thing about teaching Pilates is the feedback I get from my clients when their session is done. They feel stronger, taller, and leaner. Not only does Pilates strengthen the muscles around the bones and joints, eliminate back pain, it also helps to improve your posture and prevent injury.
With over 10 years of training I am able to work with any body! I Have helped people with broken bones, frozen shoulder, and fibromyalgia. I have worked with dancers, athletes and pre and post natal women. When teaching in a group, I am able to correct each individual and maintain the class flow. I am also able to tailor the one on one sessions to the clients needs and goals. Ensuring the exercises are done correctly each time you do them will give you all the benefits! Your muscles have memories too!
It is my goal to ensure the exercises are done correctly giving the client more body awareness and over time the ability to exercise properly on there own as well.
