QUÉ DICE LA GENTE
During the time I lived in Kingston, I practiced regularly at Moksha Yoga Kingston as I find incredible health and wellness benefits from a regular Moksha practice. Tessa, Martha and Sarah guided me towards deepening my practice through listening more acutely to my body's needs, calming my mind and understanding how to create space in my body. Their patience, acceptance and positive spirits supported a full sense of community and welcoming. I will carry the lessons learned during the time I practiced at MYK through all aspects of my life and as I continue to explore my body, mind and self through my Moksha practice. Namaste.
