In these sessions, the Moksha series is taught over 75mins with a 60 min yoga practice that offers modifications specific to the individual woman in her stage of pregnancy. Focus is maintained on each woman’s state of well being and the first 15 mins of class is for a small circle that support open dialogue and discussion for everyone to express where they are that week in the pregnancy, aches and pains, thoughts and concerns, as well as, emotional well-being.
In the busy world we live in, the sacred time of pregnancy can often be overshadowed by concerns such as taking care of financial preparations, looking ahead to childcare options, or simply dealing with the day-to-day of life. A regular prenatal yoga practice provides expecting parents many wonderful opportunities to honor this time of growth and change in their life. Prenatal yoga classes can be useful even through the first three months post par tum.
*This class will be held every Thursday at 2:00PM on an ongoing basis.
*Sessions can be purchased in groups of 8 for $120, or on a drop in basis at $20 per class.
*This class is available to pregnant and early post natal women only.
*Prenatal classes are included in the Freedom Membership if you are keeping up some hot classes as well. (Speak to your doctor first about hot yoga).
