Workshop Description: Mindful Strength is a combination of movement modalities including yoga, pilates, mindfulness, strength training and acrobatics. Kathryn’s approach is inclusive of all bodies, and includes many movements that empower students to develop their own strength in a progressive way. Its not about fancy tricks, its about learning how the body works and moves, while highlighting different poses such as arm balances, squats, standing poses and more.
