Welcome to Moksha Yoga Kingston. We’re so happy you have decided to join us on the mat! If you are new to hot yoga or yoga in general you will be able to find all the answers to your questions here on what you will need for your first class.  The best deal for first timers is our Intro Special where you can practice all you like for 30 consecutive days straight for only $40.  This will allow you to see how fitting yoga into your full schedule makes your life and your body feel so much better. So… what you will need is…

Come well hyrdrated to hot yoga Arrive Hydrated

Committing to a hot yoga practice means committing to conscious hydration. Be sure to drink lots of water before coming to class!

 Advice for newcomers, arrive on time. Arrive On Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins, especially if you haven’t filled out our online waiver. Please note that we lock the door 1 minute before class begins.

 Advice for newcomers, eat lightly. Eat Lightly

Just a small snack, rather than a large meal.

 Bring a mat if you have your own Bring a Mat

If you have your own, bring it. We also rent mats for $2.

 Bring 2 towels to the studio Bring 2 Towels

One for your mat, one to shower with after. We rent towels as well for $2.

 Wear comfy, breathable clothing. Wear Comfy Clothes

Or basically anything you are comfortable sweating in!

 Water Bottle Bring a Water Bottle

We have a filtered water station that counts how many plastic bottles we are reducing.
