Early Morning Challenge
We want to help you WAKE UP and kick start your day with an invigorating yoga practice. We’re shaking up the 6:30 am time slot for 2 full weeks to add variety and some new challenges to start the day while the sun rises. Everyone is encouraged to practice Monday – Friday at 6:30 am for 2 weeks straight (10 classes).
All participants that complete all 10 classes will be entered into a draw to win a 3 month membership!
April 30th – May 11th
15 min Journaling Exercise
30-40 min Yoga Practice
10-15 min Savasana/Meditation
