Yoga and Oils for Women’s Health
Okay ladies, let’s talk about women’s health! Whether you are dealing with pesky PMS or menopause, let’s come together to celebrate our bodies in a fun and supportive environment.
Join Jo from Moksha Yoga Kingston and Amanda, dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, to explore the amazing benefits yoga and essential oils can have on the female body.
Amanda will begin by educating you on oils that support women’s health and promote healthy hormone balance. Women’s hormones influence energy levels, sleep cycle, brain function, bone health, heart health, weight management and many other factors. Essential oils can be used as a powerful tool in supporting a women’s body on a daily basis.
Jo will then lead you through a 60 minute restorative style class, focusing on poses for chest and breast health, menstrual cramp support and symptoms of menopause.
