Go with your Gut: A spring detox for gut health
We’ve all experienced the discomfort of stomach issues in one way or another. Whether you have persistent concerns or are just looking for a spring cleanse, this workshop will focus on releasing toxins from the body while stimulating the digestive tract. Join Jo from Moksha Yoga Kingston and Amanda, dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, to learn how to improve digestion while cleansing the body of toxins.
Amanda will begin by educating you on specific essential oils with antioxidant properties that promote detoxification. You will discover how to handle such symptoms as bloating, heartburn, indigestion and irritable bowels. Learning techniques for instant relief as well as long term maintenance.
Jo will then lead you through a hot 60 minute challenging, healthy all level sequence connected to the breath. Poses will focus on promoting digestion & elimination, releasing blockages in the body. As well as breathing techniques to promote detoxification of the lungs. Similar to a Moksha class you will get your sweat on allowing toxins to be released from the body.
