Winter can be a really hard time emotionally. Come ground and reconnect to your breath and body with this 90 minute workshop focusing on yoga and mental health. We will go through tools drawn from yoga, pranayama, and mindfulness that can help depression, anxiety and other mental illness.
Rebecca has been teaching yoga at Moksha Kingston for over a year! Since yoga had played such an important role for her in learning to live with and grow through mental illness it has become her passion to work with the connection between mind and body through yoga.
