The Seven Pillars of Moksha
Yoga is more than a physical practice, and here at moksha we use our 7 pillars as a way to grow our yoga practice off and on the mat. Come join Rebecca as she talks more in depth about each pillar: Community Support, Be Accessible, Live Green, Reach Out, Live to Learn, Be Healthy, Be Peace. Ending together with a short yoga practice guided by Rebecca.
Rebecca has been teaching yoga at Moksha Kingston for over a year! Much like other Moksha yogis, she incorporates the 7 pillars into her everyday life on and off the mat. Since yoga has played such an important role for her in learning to live with and grow through mental illness it has become her passion to work with the connection between mind and body through yoga.
