WHAT MAKES MOKSHA YOGA KINGSTON UNIQUE?
We have 40ish postures that combine therapeutic and traditional yoga in a specially-heated room (98F and 35% humidity). Each Moksha class is cardiovascular, and it strengthens, loosens, and tones the muscles. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and detoxifies the skin, blood and muscles. Doesn’t matter where you are in the lifecycle of your practice, this studio is for you. We have classes for newbies, and seasoned practitioners. We cannot wait to meet you and welcome you in to our space.

You will learn the basic principles for developing an at home meditation practice, as well as experience a 60 minute guided meditation. Meditation leads us to a calm state in body and mind, allowing excessive stress producing activity to neutralize without reducing alertness. No experience necessary, beginners and regular practitioners are welcome!
Pilates will help you strengthen the muscles around your bones and joints to improve your posture and help to eliminate back pain and muscle stiffness. *A non heated version of this class is also offered on our schedule
This hour long class will include some stabilizing movements in the first 20 minutes and move into a practice of stillness for 30 minutes.
